Daily Clarity supports cognitive clarity and daily steadiness using Lion's Mane, Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, and Reishi. Daily Energy supports sustained energy without stimulants, using Cordyceps and Panax Ginseng. Both are designed for daily consistency over time, not one-time results.

Daily Clarity is the cognitive and balance formula — best for brain fog, mental fatigue, and feeling off. Daily Energy is more targeted at physical energy and endurance without stimulants. Many customers buy both and take them together in the morning.

Most customers notice the biggest shift between weeks two and four. Adaptogens work cumulatively — the longer you stay consistent, the more sustained the effect. Give it at least 30 days before making a judgment.

We always recommend checking with your doctor before adding any supplement to your routine, especially if you're on medication or hormone therapy. Our ingredients are generally well-tolerated, but your doctor knows your full picture.

If you're not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 30 days at hello@greensilklabs.com and we'll make it right. Subscription orders after the first are not refundable, but you can cancel before the next charge.
